Newsletter: musings, updates, and more, delivered sporadically
Musings, updates, and recommendations, delivered sporadically.
I explore topics on chronic illness, identity, motherhood, life in Seattle, relationships, neurodivergence, and much more.
Each message is crafted with care, and with the advocacy for neurodivergent and chronically ill communities in mind. I also write for the benefit of family members and friends of those individuals, and for those who want to better understand the unique lives of "differently wired" and disabled people we all share a world with.
Beyond potentially interesting reads for constituents, empaths, loved ones, and the sociologically curious, these email messages pack:
- human stories from various angles and perspectives
- nuggets of experience shared to benefit and entertain you
- tools
- suggested reading, watching and listening
- and inspirational quotes
